Bieli PC Hardware Inspector is designed to inspect your computer locally. Hardware inventory, temperature readings, overlay preferences and export files remain on your computer.

Network requests

The application contacts www.shanyin119.com only when you explicitly check for an update or open the donation and acknowledgements window. Update checks send the installed application version, update channel and interface language. Acknowledgement requests send only the interface language. The application does not upload your hardware inventory, temperatures, computer name, exported files or personal documents.

Downloaded support components

When CPU low-level temperature support is missing, the application may first try the official online source. If that is unavailable, it uses the support package bundled with the application. The website is not used to collect device data during this process.

Website administration

The administration area stores security audit records such as sign-in time, administrator account and IP address. These records are used only to secure and maintain this website.

Community accounts and feedback

If you register, the website stores your username, display name, email address, password hash, points, title and feedback history. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Anonymous feedback stores the name and contact details you choose to provide; contact details are visible only to authorized administrators. A one-way network-address hash is retained briefly for abuse prevention. Public feedback and administrator replies are visible to website visitors, while administrator-only feedback is not published.
